NY Milk Shake

Ingredients:

Combine all ingredients. Shake and shake and shake. It helps to recite this poem when you are making the shake:

Shake and shake the ketchup bottle,
None will spill
and then a lot'll.

You know the shake is finished when it comes up to the top of the bottle. It is that foamy and rich.

This is my father, Milt Kassin's, own home recipe for the best chocolate milkshakes ever. He made these for my sister, Wendy, and me when we were kids. And everyone knows, New York milkshakes and malts and egg crèmes are the world's best.
